5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is available within New Zealand, subject to our shipping schedule. Fresh seafood will be packed with cooling materials to maintain quality during transit.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather or events outside our control.

6. Refund & Returns

Because seafood is perishable, returns are generally not accepted once delivered. If your item arrives spoiled, damaged or incorrect, you must contact us promptly with photos to request a refund or replacement.

All refund claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis under New Zealand consumer law.

Our seafood products must be stored and prepared correctly by you upon receipt. We are not responsible for illness or injury resulting from improper storage, cooking or consumption after delivery.
